If he gets picked on Saturday he'll have to knuckle down. :)
Will he get handed a start?
He won’t be able to pull himself off at half time.

That's OK though as the manager would pull him off instead

When Terry Vennables told Gazza that he would pull him off at half-time, the irascible imp said that he only got an orange at Newcastle.

That was Rodney Marsh to Don Revie.

Stuff and nonsense, Rod would never let Don pull him off at half time, or any other time.

He was a geezer.

I have been very harsh on this man in the past, today I thought he played his role brilliantly. Took everything off them when required and got play moving time after time.

Had become a bit of a scape goat despite not playing much.  Credit to him and Emery as getting value out of the full width of the squad makes for a healthy squad and club.

He was excellent today and against Man United. He's good cover for Kamara. He's made one bad mistake and had very few opportunities to steer people away from that memory. Others have made the same mistake, like Kamara against Leicester, and it's been put behind them because they've been able to push on from there.

Including him to nullify Bruno was a smart move. Playing Ramsey and McGinn wider to nullify Murphy and Gordon was a smart move. Emery is getting the best out of these players.

97% pass accuracy. Highest on the pitch today.

That's quite a feat.  He must be a useful player and other than the FA Cup game, hasn't let us down so far.

Doesn’t do anything sexy or spectacular but does the meat and potatoes stuff really calmly and makes himself available as an outlet. I thought he was great today.

Ramsey was more about Trippier than Murphy, by having Ramsey start wide and break in-field whenever we attack Trippier got pinned in to play deeper and tighter than he'd like, which in turn created fuckloads of space for Moreno.

He's a big strong lad who can pass the ball really well. We needed his strength against the likes of Joelinton today, and he put in a very good performance.

I thought he did brilliantly today. So many interceptions and decent passes - very similar to Kamara. That was some atmosphere to be in today!

It's so important that we can call on the likes of Dendocker during the run in as we're just a small squad if an honest bunch of lads.
