Carlos Sanchez is the worst player I've seen play for us.

Have you forgotten Simon Dawkins ?

Even Simon Dawkins' mom has forgotten Simon Dawkins.

Ha. I was talking about Dawkins today at work with my Ipswich supporting friend. Seeing as what an amazing job he had done for him at Villa, Lambert signed him again when he became Ipswich manager. He played twice then disappeared without trace.

Scott Hogan had a bit of a purple patch in Bruce's second season.

At times Gestede barely even looked like a footballer.

Truly grim times back then, but somehow we made a profit on him with what Boro paid. Steve Gibson had the nerve to bleat on about FFP when he signed off on shit deals like that.

Some sap always has it worse.

I didn't mind Hogan too much. You could see why he had goals in him. Gestede on the other hand, oh dear.

Said this before, but on a freezing cold January in 2016, FA Cup 3rd Replay against Wycombe, we won 2-0 but Gestede put in probably the worst centre forward display ive seen for Villa, he just didn’t know where to run or what to do.

I know he scored a few goals but as a teenager i thought Simon Stainrod was shite

I present you Jordan Bowery

He was a punt at 500k.
Never really Prem standard, but in fairness he always gave his all.
Could never be accused of not trying

He played well in a game at home to Hull that we needed to win to stay up. More than a lot of more expensive shitebags ever gave us.

I think the worst player I've seen who played quite a few games was probably Aly Cissokho.

That's a fair shout, Hogan would be right up there as well.

Hogan had a good record before he joined. And while he was terrible it also didn't help that the dinosaur manager we had at the time decided the best way to service a 5'11 striker is to constantly pump balls down the wing to him. As opposed to creating a gameplan to take advantage of the attributes that led us to shell out what we did.

5'11, is that when he was up a ladder?

Apparently he is 1.8M which is 5'11

He doesn't look it, to put it kindly.

I'm just shy of 6ft, there's no way he's as tall as me. He's clearly doing a Shay Given and bullshitting about his height

Ah Hogan was useless. Whinged like hell too about Villa not looking after him. The likes of Abraham or even Grabban didn't seem to have much issue scoring for us. Lansbury another Brucie dud, woeful player. Nzogbia was up there in the hall of shame.

My Gran is just shy of 5ft and there's no way he's as tall as her.

This is my biggest problem with Hogan summed up perfectly, he looks a lot shorter and slower than he actually is, I don't think I've ever seen another player like it. He could be jogging then break into a sprint and it looked like he was just working harder to keep up the same pace.

He's one of those players that make running look unnatural, Ings is another with the weird head bobbing thing he does and, to bring this on topic, Dendoncker verges on it as well.

Forgot about N'Zogbia. Vastly overated and didn't really seem interested.

Played away at Stoke also, I think the Lowton screamer game and played well if I remember right.  Odd signing though

I found myself surprised he hadn't made the Dutch world cup squad.

Then I realised it's because he's Belgian.

His main contribution to the club was quite a funny gif of him spinning around in a wheelchair.
