If we can get him fit he could be a big plus for us.

Justified his starting role today! Played very well alongside Dougie. Well done Leander!

Mick Quinn-like over two yards all day today. So many times I thought he's not going to get there, alright he's got there but he won't win it, et voila he emerges with the ball, plays it simple, on the floor, perfectly weighted. And an extra special mention for him popping up ahead of the forwards on occasion. His performance was, for me, the biggest single factor in the change we witnessed today.

And it was such a simple, unfussy display. I loved it.

Hear hear. Did his unspectacular job allowing others to flourish. Great 1st half performance.

When we signed Dendocker it seemed like a panic buy to me but great to see it working out like this!

Went about his work relatively unnoticed until he was replaced by McGinn and missed pretty much instantly!

Superb performance, and definitely earned his place against the Geordies surely?

He is a good player. I also thought he’d be a valuable asset if we got the team structure right. Some of the times he dropped back into the back line today were excellent judgement.

He was great today - really balanced the midfield and gave lion a bit more freedom which I think lead to one of dougs best performances to date

Handy player to have in the air too. Fulham bullied us in both boxes earlier in the week but this guy gives us another option that we badly needed.

When we signed Dendocker it seemed like a panic buy to me but great to see it working out like this!

It was as we needed to replace Kamara. No injury to him, no Leander signed. However it shocked me that Gerrard decided to leave him out mostly. I suspect it wasn't his signing.

When I asked a Wolves fan at work when he first signed, he mentioned he would do the simple stuff and give the ball to Coutinho to play. Does seem that Wolves are missing that exact element in their game at the moment.

I'd be happy to see Dendonker next to Kamara if we persist with the 4231 formation.
