Kamara was like this all game, though he battled hard and made one great tactical foul when ham were through but in possession he kept slowing the tempo down taking extra touches instead of zipping it forward. Plays like he's still in the French league. At Villa Park we need to play faster first time passes into the players who can make stuff happen.

I am also still at a loss to understand exactly what Gerrard does other than talk. He doesn't coach, he doesn't do tactics, he doesn't motivate players, he doesn't do subs, he is the epitome of a figure-head.
