I’ll back any manager but the Bournemouth game and now this one is very worrying. We have the look of relegation strugglers and somethings got
to change. The midfield is woefully short of quality and has needed an upgrade for a few seasons. I’ve always been one for giving people time but the writing is on the wall here and I’d rather do it sooner rather than later.

I hate feeling this but I can’t see Gerrard lasting the season. Utterly unacceptable performances.

Season???? I would say October.

There's no way Gerrard will still be here at Christmas.

I can't see Gerrard lasting until the end of September. I didn't particularly want him last November and I really don't want him now.

A total shambles of a team.

Glacial management.

Its what you get when you do not interview suitably qualified candidates for the position of manager.

He puts out a team which looks decidedly less than the sum of the parts.

Thank the lord there’s a 7-8 week international break for the WC.

For us to get 10th we need 2 new centre halves and a number 8. That's 10th not Europe. If thus isn't forthcoming, we need to reasses our expectations and accept that a potential battle is on our hands with the hope of finishing in the 12th-14th area.

Can't wait for the serious-face-black-pullover-over-club-tie-admittance-of-mistakes-but-obviously-throwing-the-players-under-the-bus interview later.

As Spurs have shown, you can't scrimp on the most important addition to your club - The manager.

If the owners want success, they can't shop in the bargain basement on 'promising young managers' or your jobsworth's on the manager merry-go-round.

Pot Gerrard now - Any spirit this squad had is being dismantled week by week.
