The way he spoke of Bailey I think he'll be starting won't he.
Horses for courses and picking players that are right for the match
He had Leon in the  Bournemouth away match and he had an excellent pre season he can just as well be as successful as any other we start and has the blistering pace to add to the attack.

Has Paddy Vieira been saying nice things about us in his pre-match presser at Plough Lane or wherever?

Type of side we can pick off if we get a good start and first goal

I think it will happen tomorrow. Whether we're in control of the game or not.
I also think that when he gets his opportunity it may well give SG a bit of a selection dilemma!

I think we'll end up with more of the ball than people think,  because they will let us.  That utter cheating prick will score for them,  I'm sure he's a nice bloke off the pitch but no player infuriates me more than Zaha, even when they are playing other teams.  Niggling,  diving,  cheating,  sledging through the game,  on at the ref all the time.

I'm going 2-1 Palace,  and much frustration.

Agree with this, he must be in top 3 in the Prem for niggly, petty and self-entitled.
Even his eyeballs are the whingeing and complaining type:

Special little fixture this, as the last time I could travel north to see the lads was Selhurst 2019 pre-Covid. JG denied a clear pen, wrongly booked for diving, our away fans nearly jumped the fence at the iniquity of it.
Team that day included Wesley, Lansbury and Neil forgodssake Taylor.
Other Reasons to be Cheerful now: they've lost a Gallagher; we’ve gained a Kamara.

Wasn't our last visit there the only the second time we'd ever scored more than one goal away to them and we lost the other one?

Strange that we've had a slightly better record there since Palace have had their best ever spell in football.

I'd be happy with a draw.

Agree with all of this re Zaha; absolutely grinds my gears.

Blimey,  at least let the game start and see how he plays. That's just weird.

I'm not feeling that confident today which normally means it'll end up being a good result. 1-2 like last season. Watkins and Mcginn.

From what I have heard he is not a nice bloke off the pitch either.

Where did I say I think he will play badly? Have you ever thought I'd like to see him play well, score a few goals then get replaced by Archer for some game time management?

Don't know on this one. Just hope for the best.. Not too confident though. But I felt the same last season so maybe..
