We’re so laboured when we have the ball. There’s no zip to our play at all. Only Bailey is offering something up front and that’s not a great deal either.

Still no pace or physicality in our side. Team full of one paced midgets.

Ha ha.

Still look too powder puff to me

Yes let's get three bodybuilders in there, they'll keep the ball for sure.

As ever, the problem is coaching and technique, not benchpressing ability.
Who said anything about lifting weights?

'Powderpuff' generally means 'get big bastards in', no?

We are losing but I think we are in total control of the game.

Are you smashed? Billing (like usual against us) looks in total control to me.

It doesn’t matter who our manager is we never seem to ever come out and dominate a game in the first half. And not just possession but clear cut chances, shots on goal. When was the last time?

What a fucking shit first half that was
Spurs at home last season, sure we dominated the first half. Still went in 1-0 down!

I hope Gerrard is tearing them all a new arsehole. Then I hope Wes gets on the phone, and tears Gerrard one.  There's absolutely no excuse whatsoever for putting in a performance that bad.

Why do we keep having NO FUCKING MIDFIELD?

Where are they?

It's all down the left flank, short passes going nowhere and a big fucking void in the middle.

Exactly! The midfield or lack of one is the problem. Coutinho, Ramsey joined by Digne queuing up to lose the ball. Pointless.

Garbage first half, Ings and Bailey the only ones to come out with any credit. The rest look like nervous sunday pub league players.

I would not have started with Konsa and Ramsey, would have played Chambers and Luiz...and now I'd put Buendia on for Ramsey

It can’t be any worse second half can it?

Give away an early goal.
Dominant without ever looking likely to score.
Give a 2nd goal away early second half
Watkins comes on & misses chances
We score a goal with 2 mins to go & lose 2-1.

We"ve been here before.

Ings upfront in his own & Couthino on the left doesn't work.

I hope that was our bad half.
