Massive gaps again. Too many players ahead of the ball, no pattern to our attacks. No defensive midfield player. Shocking goals to concede. It's been really poor.

Disgraceful unprepared performance. over hit passes, constant slips, no movement, no width, 2nd to every loose ball. We are easy as fuck to play against because we move the ball so slowly, it ends up back at Mings every time who launches it forward to an isolated Watkins.

Gerrard is showing very little to suggest he will be a top flight manager, in fact he is showing fuck all to suggest he will be. Another Lampard.

This will end up 4 or 5-0.

Why do we keep slipping over? Has Wolves’ version of Fulchester’s evil Gus Parker been surreptitiously greasing our fecking boots or something?

The whole season has been such a massive disappointment. From pre-season, right the way through it has been a shitshow bar a slight up-turn with the new manager.
we never really recovered from that Greasy summer. Still a shambles

We had ample time to prepare as it was likely he was going and didn’t

What is it with all our players slipping?
Yes it's terrible. You'd have thought they'd have sorted that out. It cost us the first goal, but we've been terrible.

Even the foul-mouthed nutter behind me had quietened down a bit after abusing every single player (theirs and ours), but now has time to shout abuse at the Wolves kids doing a lap of honour at half time. Where do we get f'ans' like these from?

Most worrying thing for me is we already look like we've reached a plateau under this manager against every top 8 team we face.

Our record so far is very poor and we'll be playing a few more of them before the season is out.

Wolves are missing two of their best players aswell ffs.

I see a squad overhaul in the summer with a load of experienced players brought it and a 14th place finish next season.

Well I've missed the first half in its entirety, which seems a good thing reading the above!

I struggle to see how we’re going to improve in the 2nd half. Nothing has clicked today. We look disjointed and disinterested.

Is Gerrard not using the players right the problem? Or are the players not being right for what he needs them to do?

Either way so many basics are wrong that most managers would struggle with this lot at times.

we can’t keep having massive clear outs each summer. We need to get it right at some point 🤣

We look easy to attack and offer no threat up front.
