Considering he's let so many things go by their lot I don't think strict adherence to the laws is his forte. And giving a Cash a warning (at most) would have sufficed in that scenario. I don't think whoever monitors his performance is going to mark him down for that.The law on this one is an ass and anyone who tries to justify it in this situation is an ass as well.
