We seem to be playing with a bit more swagger since the goal. Whether it lasts or not is a different matter

What is the point of Watkins and Ings. Waste of space the pair of them.

We are winning but the Ings/Watkins thing still isn’t working - has Ings even touched the ball yet??

Ollie Watkins is woefully out of form.  He looks like he's playing in boots three sizes too big.  By fuck he needs a goal

The game can't sort out the total Horlicks that is Var to any satisfactory level. The anti racism strategy is token gestures and minimal fines at best.

But they can sanction players for over celebrating.   ::)

Or in the case of Matty Cash showing solidarity with a friend caught in a warzone.

Priorities.

We're looking more confident since the goal. Come on Villa.

But he didn't take his shirt off!

Anyone see what was written on his top under the shirt?
He did take it off.

Innit.

Ollie just has no ball retention skills and has trouble beating the first defender off the dribble.

If he’s not spearheading an attacks his deficiencies really worry me.

The shirt thing really is a stupid, petty fucking rule.

You have to blame the PGMOL more than the referee tbf  I remember the outrage when Gray scored for Leicester days after their owner was killed and got booked for revealing a message he had under his shirt.
