feels like a win - and Gerrard has shown he can make changes to get back into games, chuffed with that.

Buendia man of the match for me. He absolutely ran the show in the second half.

Digne was OK too, he definitely had some nice moments in the final 3rd. Whoever is on the left of our midfield 3 needs to stay frosty though.
I also have visions that after a 6 year delay and 11bn dollars spent, a Matty Cash cross collides with a Tonev shot in orbit and the ball's new trajectory ends up smashing into the James Webb telescope

Buendia looked brilliant today, the player we thought we were getting. It does feel like a win, added bonus that those chumps will be devastated, especially the goofy cheat.

Great come back.
I think we need to see more PC, more Chuck, more of that character
Less Ings and Watkins together.
Need a DM and to cut out the mistakes.
Think Emi2 is going to be great for us.
Ramsey is looking like the first great product of the NSWE Regina - hopefully the first of many.
Digne looks much better going forward, and I think cash looked more threatening if still
some way to go.
We need to make this a turning point and have a great second half of the season, as up to the last 20 it wasn’t good enough at either end.
Still think this is a key period for SG needs to learn and adapt more quickly. Got the subs spot on today but could have done it sooner.
Strong finish to the season

Highs and lows
Let the highs continue
If we can cut that first 20mins crap out of our game and sign a midfield monster, we are on the way
Two new boys excellent , 2nd half vast improvement.
Sansom can fuck off, he is not good enough to be petulant, kicking bottles and swinging arms after giving away a goal is not acceptable.

How does it go? I'll be gutted if it's not the one I've been pushing.

Main observations;
Digne is going to be a lot better going forward than Targett and probably as good defensively on this showing.
Coutinho is very good at cleverly winning the ball back in advanced positions and he looked like a top quality CF for his goal, right place at the right time.
Buendia is getting better and better
We need to buy a midfielder this month.
Ings and Watkins are both quality players who try hard but it just doesn’t work playing the 2 with that formation.
Fernandez is an utter, utter ******
Oh, and a word for Ramsey who continues to find moments of quality and is going to be hard to drop even if we do bring another midfielder in.

Imagine how good it would have been to have 'Fergie timed' them.
