Ings and Watkins again. This doesn't work.

FTF. Come on you Villa boys! I'm still nonplussed by the Ings Watkins non-partnership.

I'd be tempted to drop them both and play Archer.

Would rather have seen one of the Kids start tbh - think Watkins is useless when he plays off ings

Line up as expected once Gerrard said Coutinho wasn't match fit.

Think it makes sense to play 4-3-1-2 today as Buendia got plenty of joy in central positions first half monday and they struggle to create anything when game is condensed centrally.

It'a a very beatable line up they've put out but we have to go out, perform well and prove it.

Lingard on their bench is giving me the chills though. Did us last season and the sort they'll throw on last 20 minutes if losing and turn the game around.

I think the Ings/Watkins thing won’t be a thing once Coutinho is fit and can start and when we also have Bailey. He’s trying to create that front three with Ollie on the left. Ings is the better natural CF so good service to him and you have a better chance of goals. But it will work itself out.

Beat these fuckers.  This is not the best Man united side I've ever seen. Do em!
