Great to see so much love for Digne. He's earned it.

Yeah, really pleased for him. So glad he didn't leave last summer.

Wow, when was his last cap/call-up? Fair play to him, I don't think anyone in our squad has worked harder than him over the last 12-18 months.

I'm absolutely delighted for him.  Fought for his place and has been a consistently good performer for 2 seasons.  Nice one Lucas.

That is superb news. His overall play has been excllent, but I'm impressed by mostly how he has become another very vocal and visible leader at the club.

No place for Diaby if anyone's feeling in the mood for any schadenfreude.

That's what can happen when you decide to go from PL to league 1 standard football.

He wasn't being picked when playing for us anyway, was he?

No, but his form for a while has been very good and eventually hard to ignore. He’s likely not going to displace Hernandez but Digne is as solid a back as you can have.

I think he meant Diaby mate.

I think he’s been absolutely outstanding. When we signed Moreno he could easily have left, but he has sustained a brilliant level and I think changed Unai’s view of him.
