Well that's disappointimg when we been in full control . Brentford have been shit so it looked like a comfortable three points but we need to kill these teams off and go for the jugalar .. shame young aunt in bench cause target had made four terrible things .bendia JJ and Ings been good .. just hope we don't go in our she'll and Brentford boss it now .up to Gerrard now

Really disappointing to be only level at half-time when we were so comfortable.

We didn't create much though for all that.

Great skill by Buendia for the goal and a tidy finish from Ings.

Thought Hause, Targett and Traore were below par.

Need to get back on the front foot second half.

Luiz is frustrating me again today. He seems to get in the way far too often.

One thing I have noticed under SG is we’re playing much better - but we don’t seem to create a lot.  Not enough quality in the final third - I can’t remember the last time we put in a dangerous cross that wasn’t a set piece.

We need better final balls and composure around the box

Controlled the first 40 minutes nicely with Brentford chasing shadows, both goals were decent quality.

We just weren't clinical when in complete control at 1-0 up. Idiotic sequence of passing between Buendia and Ramsey summed it up. Their equaliser came out of nowhere.
Some very strong performances out there by the likes of Buendia in particular, Ings with a great finish, Luiz and McGinn utterly dominant in midfield.
Traore unsurprising off the pace and likely to be first one hooked. Would give him another 10-15 mins though. Need Gerrard to really get into them at half time as Brentford are very much here for the taking.

Traore his usual shite self. Awesome.

What does that even mean? When has he ever been usually shit? At times he was absolutely superb and showed sublime skill. Doing things others players can’t even imagine let alone pull off. He has barely played a game and you expect him to be on top form?

It means he is usually shite barring the occasional sublime skill. I do not deny his skill, but he is not a bright player and is extremely wasteful. Add to that his lack of hustle and, for me, that equals shite. I cannot stand him as a player. Just my opinion.

Semper fidelis.

Our full backs aren't good enough at delivering at the moment.  Cash can get better but Targett also needs to as well.  Traore is very rusty.

Lovely goal aside for all our possession we fannied about with it for the most part with no flow or penetration.

My fault, I've been busy and avoided the score completely until I had chance to sit down and watch.
After 30 seconds from the commentators about how in control we were, they scored.

Hause was ball-watching which is why the guy got his shot away. Poor.
Luiz having a bout of giving the ball away; as is Targett.

On the plus side it was a good goal from Ings and Buendia. Luiz was involved too.

One things for sure. Well two actually. Hause and Targett will not be in our long term plans. Gerrard will definitely be looking for upgrades in both those positions.

We remain our own worst enemy and that is what will frustrate Gerrard so much.
