So i wonder who the 2 with covid are who are out?

I would like to think that other than Martinez we have adequate cover in each area of the pitch

I too would like to see Sanson get a full game

Can't speak for TV, but no, a lot because we're Aston Villa and scoring lots of goals is great. Norwich are about the most inoffensive Premier League team ever, so if they can manage to stay up at the expense of Newcastle, Watford or leeds etc, then great. If we put 6 past them, then sorry Dean, but that's football.

Absolutely this, I interpreted the wording as it was because of Dean. Which surprised me.

We'll more than match Norwich for effort, we just need to demonstrate our superior quality.

Three points, please.

My dad and me consider that the 3-3 draw at VP in April 1990 was the moment we finally knew that we weren't going to win the league. I still remember Rosario slotting their third, and equaliser, at the Holte. Since that game Norwich are to be battered whenever possible.

Norwich took six 6 pts off us in the first Prem League season  - in which admittedly they themselves finished third - so they as much as anyone else contributed to our failed title bid that year.

I remember that really well, I was stood right behind the goal rather in our normal location right of centre at the back.

I knew we shouldn't have changed places.

Yeah, I'll take no pleasure in any discomfort we may cause Dean.

I'll take pleasure in us winning the game. I'm sure he will if Norwich manage to beat us.

Of course I want to win and win handsomely, but I'll feel for Dean if so.

Whereas should we give a shellacking to a side managed by Guardiola, Klopp, Mourinho, Dyce and many, many others, I would take added joy from the personal torment we've caused them.

I've heard from a decent source its Martinez and Konsa.

I just hope that's wrong. I did question it as Martinez had tweeted about the game tonight.

Hopefully it's Bailey and Traore as they're never available anyway.

I’m finally looking forward to seeing Dean’s “I have no fucking idea what do” touch line look as his side his 2-0 down after 15 minutes.

Or you could just show some respect to a man who left our club in a far better position than he found it

I showed him plenty when he was manager. He’s not anymore. And the past year we lost more games under him than any other team (maybe Newcastle came close). He luckily avoided the sack pre Covid for our form, and we had relegation form any time we didn’t have Jack. So while, yes sure thank him for what he did, we’d be in the bottom three if he was still here. So I hope we win tonight at his expense. And by a lot.

A lot because it's Dean Smith?

No. Nothing to do with Dean Smith. I want us to win by a lot every single game irrespective of who we are playing against or the manager or players who have a Villa link. We need to win tonight and with a -4 GD which in large part came from the tail end of Dean’s time, we need to get that back to positive numbers. So I hope we smash Norwich.
