Probably been mentioned but did anyone see the interviews where Matty's sister, Hannah, who is a journalist/reporter for CBS, was interviewing her brother after both PSG games? At the end she tells him she still loves him and gives him a hug. Mum and Dad Cash must have bursted with pride seeing that, it was so wholesome.
Yes, it was heartwarming, but I expect their parents merely 'burst with pride', rather than 'bursted' ;)

“Bursted ” as a past participle does actually have a precedent. Uncommon but not necessarily inaccurate.

Yeah, did ponder that as I wrote it, think I might have heard it in Ireland with the addendum.

Not good enough. Just chops back inside and slows the momentum down every time.

This guy is such a coward in possession. Takes the soft option every time. Garcia is better, play him, and dump Cash.

I actually thought he was one of our less bad players yesterday.

He’s a dead end with the ball, and he’s an inadequate defender as well.

He's the footballing definition of a cul-de-sac.

The most obvious upgrade in the summer. Garcia looks a good understudy.

Yeah he does, considering he was playing second division football too. Looks a good find.

Not good enough. Just chops back inside and slows the momentum down every time.

Manager instructions.

I went to Ipswich at home and Garcia after the red card had about 30 yards of space to run into. Went bombing down the touchline and overhit a cross and Emery was waving frantically at him as he came back.

His next run he crosses the halfway line and then checks back and just passes to the nearest CM.

I don't think Garcia will be much different next season. Anyone expecting RB in Emery's system to be getting to the byline and endless crosses is going to be waiting a while.

But not yet good enough to start regularly if we want to challenge for honours. We need an upgrade on Cash in this position and managed minutes or a loan-spell for García.

If he put as much effort into taking on his man and putting crosses into the box, as he does making sure the right leg of his shorts is hoiked up, he’d be a bloody world beater.

Yep, Cash has said it in an interview before too. He is told to do it, I actually think it is against his natural instincts and he is a lot better when he has more freedom to bomb forward.

He's a winger who was converted to full-back at Forest.  He probably has more attacking instincts than defensive ones.  It might simply be a case of Unai not trusting him as an attacking force, and would rather different players take the attacking risks in the final third.  That might change with a different right-back.
