He cost us an initial £14m from Forest in September 2020. He is humble, gives his all, works hard and has improved no end. He's a great player and I like him. Sure he makes mistakes but so does every player out there.

He was good last night but it’s a position where we need an upgrade next season.

That said, with a promising understudies (Garcia & KKH) I wouldn’t be that arsed if he stayed around for a bit longer and we concentrated (recruitment-wise) on other areas of the team.
Another +1 for Cash. Always has been. Who is markedly better in the Prem? I like Timber. Alexander-Arnold. James is the best for me, but he makes Cash's injury rap sheet look like Ollie Watkins'.Other than that I don't see anyone. So why "upgrade"? There's an argument for his booking in the first half of the away leg being the sliding doors moment too.
Probably been mentioned but did anyone see the interviews where Matty's sister, Hannah, who is a journalist/reporter for CBS, was interviewing her brother after both PSG games? At the end she tells him she still loves him and gives him a hug. Mum and Dad Cash must have bursted with pride seeing that, it was so wholesome.
