Best thing about The Big Match is when Brian Moore reads out a viewer's letter and gives out their full address.

have we ever won on Big Match Re-visited?

Fed up of seeing the Orient league game (promotion year) and the 1980 cup 1/4 against spanners
The League Champions 80-81 season is available to watch, including Leicester away and Forest at home.

There's an American history podcast I listen too where they look at old newspapers, and they can never get over how they would print the names and adresses of everyone, all the time, and it seems like it wasn't until the 1970's that someone thought it maybe wasn't such a great idea.

Just seen a 1-1 draw away to Arsenal in November 1984 on the Big Match Match Revisited which I've not seen since then, and with Paul Birch giving us the lead; they showed the celebrating Villa fans of which there wasn't many, such were the times of dwindling attendances.

I was there that day.
ITV were covering the game and in trying to find my way to the visitor's end I just walked through all the chaos of the TV equipment and staff and didn't have to pay to get in.
Yes, Paul Birch (RIP) put us in front that day and I think Paul Mariner scored for them.
