Kante leaves a big gap for them to fill to be fair, shame Lukaku hasn't got a very minor knock to keep him out.

Bailey watkins fit to play. Mcginn and ramsey back

Chuk JPB out

Traore back in training

Buendia and martinez training for next week
No news re Sanson?

Wouldnt be suprised if he makes bench with chuk and JPB out.

I really hope smith does not go with targett and young.  That would be shit

I hope Smith isn't starstruck by Ashley Young - "I'll find a place for you in the team, regardless..." We don't want to see him in CM again, really, do we?

I feel I am getting a bit stalky with these Social Media updates but Sanson has updated that he is in tomorrows squad. Squads looking a fair bit stronger than recently.

Is (Jacob) Ramsey fit? Deserves to keep his place if so, IMO.

Nice one Ads and how you are correct. However, I feel like that score line could be reversed. I hope you can set me straight on that tomorrow at around 7.15pm!

Is Sanson fit? Or Konsa?   I wonder if Dean will be brave and go 442, playing Ings and Ollie up front together? Soon find out I guess.

I’m not sure that’s brave. Emptying the midfield against Chelsea would probably be pretty ugly.

I saw today on Twitter we’ve played 21 players in three games, last season it took us until February to play that many players.

I've been saying all international break I can see a 3-5-2 type of thing for Villa and pairing Ings and Watkins up front. Matching Chelsea formation and pressing from the front.
Balls played up to the 2 strikers and McGinn to join in the press.

The way Smith talked about Young giving info on Lukaku suggests he'll be involved in the team and need player if this experience for a big test.

Steer
Cash Mings Konsa Tuanzebe Young
Luiz McGinn Nakamba
Ings Watkins

Attack is the better form of defence in this game, they will score at some point no matter how defensive we play.
