AEG has been very good.
Yes, he always says thank you to the defender who dispossesses him.

Never quite seems to have the ball under control
Word for word what I said!

Shocking start, improved thereafter. Still, anybody notice we never pass to the man under the slightest bit of pressure in midfield or attack? Always the safe option, and then always looking for a channel ball rather than something precise into feet. Like we want every attack to be a counterattack.

A characteristic we've had for years. We always play it super safe, often back to the defence or goalkeeper.

We need a midfield presence.

Yeah, I'm not having AEG today. He can't beat a man, but plays like he thinks he can. Frustrating.

We need a midfield presence.

And some. End to end - we should be dictating this kind of game.

We got real lucky with the Emi free kick, Emi had clearly released the ball.  I'm not sure their lad did a lot wrong.  Good job the Referee is soft as shite.  We lack creative spark at the moment.
As clear foul as it gets, it is under control until kicked.

Really? I'm usually first in line to criticise him, but I think he's had some good touches, incisive runs and sharp interplay. He'll always frustrate as well, but I think he's done some of our best stuff.

If he stuck to the above without trying to dribble I'd be on board.

O.k half for me but brentford ended it much stronger and missed a sitter. Think we need a proper cm on before they carve us open. Wont be long before we see ollie either.
