Season ticket holder here. I can't make the Newcastle game as I'm at a wedding. I want to put my seat up for sale via the club. I recall in the past this was a straightforward process. I've logged in and the FAQs direct you to "my account". Once there I'm like a guy staring aimlessly into the distance without a clue where to go next as there are no signposts. Has anyone managed to crack this one?

Only possible to request resale after all tix are sold out.

Cheers, purpletrousers. I see this information is now available via AVFC support on twitter. Why didn't the club have it on the website?

It is, from memory in the ST conditions (small print), it’s always been the case - though on the main discussion board someone has suggested resale is live, so, presuming we are all talking the same thing, I haven’t a clue what’s going on.

One left again now. So anyone who still wants one would be advised to keep checking as there will be more become available as other tickets are returned. Thirteen tickets left for Brentford.

TC and I have been very lucky and have got wheelchair tickets for both Newcastle and Brentford.  There weren't any available yesterday so they must be returns.  To say she's happy is an understatement!  Cue many tears of happiness this afternoon.  It's been 5 years since we were able to get to Villa Park.

Great news!

I wonder who got the very last ticket for Newcastle then?

Brilliant news SOTC/TC. Is it because there are more spaces now, or just lucky?
