Non season ticket holder very much hoping to get to first home game this season, got my membership. Putting this thread in here in case anyone knows anything about when they are going on sale. I assume they haven't already. Went on official website just now and I can't get on it.
-
Sevilla not on sale yet, no details about Newcastle.
https://tickets.avfc.co.uk/en-GB/categories/home-tickets
I assume you were on about Newcastle but if you meant the Sevilla game you can have my season ticket reference if you like, if that helps, as I'm not going to that one.
-
Cheers mate. Yes I was talking about Newcastle. Otherwise engaged next Saturday.
-
Is anyone else having trouble linking their account to "Digital Membership" to enable ticket-purchasing? I'm trying to do so but each time it just takes me back to my personal details. It's really infuriating. It recognises my Fan ID number and I can see my history of attendance but can't get to a screen to show me how to buy home tickets for upcoming games.

Might be that there are no home games for sale yet mate

I thought members tickets for Newcastle were going on sale yesterday. Tried buying one for my son but nothing on website. Any idea when they go on sale.

They have said on that AVFC Support Twitter page details will be announced very soon

Cheers

Does anyone have any ideas as to why the club are leaving it so late to start selling tickets for the Newcastle and Brentford games? I can't think of any obvious logistical or commercial reasons why this is so.
-
Seems a bit...disorganised.
-
With the ticket office manager they will possibly go on sale after the game ….. useless and rude would be an understatement
-
Still nothing and depending which way you go in, there is still a picture of the turncoat on the website!
-
It's strange that you can't buy tickets, with only 12 days to go.
-
On sale to members from tomorrow.

It does, perhaps they want to get all season tickets sent out first.
-
Yes I've just had an email.
-
Although anyone else spotted the deliberate mistake? Tomorrow, Tuesday 9 August

Indeed. I went online to a blank page so hopefully they meant tomorrow 10 August

The article on the website has the right date.

Anyone know what the plan is for Sevilla refunds? I've messaged the ticket office without reply as yet

This is what the email advising of the cancellation said….
Fans who purchased tickets for the friendly will be issued a full refund next week but are invited to attend the training session free of charge using the same ticket and sitting in the same seat they purchased for the friendly. Refunds will be issued to the lead booker of each transaction and back to the method of payment used to purchase the tickets.
-
That's great, thank you - I hadn't seen that. Much appreciated!
-
Is anyone else finding tickets aren't available yet despite the website saying they would be on sale now for Newcastle and Brentford? Website is still just saying coming soon, and when I tried to call the ticket office earlier I gave up after staying on hold for about 40 minutes.

You need to make sure you're logged in. If not they won't show up.
I also noticed that for various sections, children's tickets aren't available, it's adults, disabled or assistants only. Anyone know why?

Cheers - just had to log back in using my daughter's Cubs membership as nothing showing as available on mine as a season ticket holder.
-
Extra tickets now available for Newcastle to season tickets holders. Looks like just under 2,000 left.

Do we have to provide evidence of being double jabbed to gain entry to the ground?

Didn't ask for any confirmation at Watford on Saturday......i realise that maynot actually mean anything!!!

Think they just said spot checks didn't they? Any vaccine passport plan isn't likely until October and I suspect it won't happen anyway given I never thought full stadiums would be realistic for now but it's happening and hopefully there won't be significant spike in cases over next two months.

Season ticket holder here. I can't make the Newcastle game as I'm at a wedding. I want to put my seat up for sale via the club. I recall in the past this was a straightforward process. I've logged in and the FAQs direct you to "my account". Once there I'm like a guy staring aimlessly into the distance without a clue where to go next as there are no signposts. Has anyone managed to crack this one?

Cheers, purpletrousers. I see this information is now available via AVFC support on twitter. Why didn't the club have it on the website?

It is, from memory in the ST conditions (small print), it’s always been the case - though on the main discussion board someone has suggested resale is live, so, presuming we are all talking the same thing, I haven’t a clue what’s going on.

17 seats left for Newcastle, mostly in ones.
-
Now sold out
-
One left again now. So anyone who still wants one would be advised to keep checking as there will be more become available as other tickets are returned. Thirteen tickets left for Brentford.
-
I made mine available yesterday. Just checked and already resold.
-
TC and I have been very lucky and have got wheelchair tickets for both Newcastle and Brentford. There weren't any available yesterday so they must be returns. To say she's happy is an understatement! Cue many tears of happiness this afternoon. It's been 5 years since we were able to get to Villa Park.

That's great, well done, and I hope you have as good a time as you are are hoping for.

Brilliant news SOTC/TC. Is it because there are more spaces now, or just lucky?

Thank you! No doubt there'll be more tears on Saturday. We're not too far from our old seats so we can see if any of the old crowd are still around too.

Newcastle and Brentford sold out.
-
I have one spare Seniors ticket for both Newcastle and Brentford, due to emergency eye op. Both available face value, £24 Newcastle, £22 Brentford. Upper Trinity, high up. Printed ticket, not season card. Obviously home fan only, in case away fans fishing around.
-
I made mine available yesterday. Just checked and already resold.
Can you walk me thru the process as I’ve got brain freeze and can’t remember!

There's two tickets on the website for Brentford if anyone is after one.
-
Is the ticket office open yet or still shut because of "Covid"?

Trying to buy tickets on our website is basically punishment for something you did in a previous life.
