I agree, forwards have to be able to take risks. If they don't, people moan that they 'played it safe', and should've attacked with more panache etc.

Yeah, at least three players gave the ball away in the sixty seconds or so before Bailey got tackled. They weren't all surrounded by Man U players and finding themselves with nobody to pass to because Abraham went down, like he was.

In pretty much exactly the same situation a few weeks ago, he chose to play safe and give it to a player behind him and most of the Holte were giving him dogs abuse for passing back.

Thought Bailey should have played it safe that time, mind and checked back inside. Rogers in his current form would have just lost the ball anyway.

That’s true as a general comment, but it doesn’t alter the fact that Bailey is a very poor footballer who shouldn’t have been on the pitch.

Agree there was a lot for Man Utd to do after Bailey lost the ball, he’s been poor but he’s not to blame for everything. There also isn’t a chance Ollie scores that chance Cunha put away, which is a massive problem for us. Their third goal was also lucky and Tammy and Dougie/Garcia should of buried their chances.
