It's his attitude overall that has completely changed. He seems to have really bought into his role. Emery has clearly helped him understand his value, be it as a starter or coming off the bench. It's been great seeing him start to show us the full range of his abilities.
Fair play to Bailey also, for not making more of that tackle by Mee than he might have done (mind you, it almost saved Mee from a sending off). Similarly in the game v Bournemouth, when he was pulled back, and the Bournemouth player should have got a second yellow. Had Bailey made more of almost having the shirt ripped off his back, the referee would probably have issued the second yellow.
I wonder if Man City would swap Grealish for Bailey if they could

I think he has been one of our better players this season and consistent which is unusual for a wide man, I'd imagine the posters that were saying "he's a wrong un and should be first out of the club in January" have had a change of heart.
