It's like saying America has more trees than the Isle of Man. But even so Turkey appears to have approx 29.5% tree coverage. I would say more than sufficient for Bertie to find some and pull them up if he wanted to, don't you think?
24.361 million hectares. So Turkey has about 30% coverage, we're down around 13%.
