With two of the fastest players in the league SG never played to their strengths.

Well I don't agree that Bailey is quick, but I'm really struggling to think who the other one could be, as we've nobody else with any pace at all.

As it stands, Bailey has the 6th highest top speed on the league.

If you don’t think Bailey and Watkins are fast.. I don’t know, I can’t help you see I guess.
We could do with them being good with the ball too a bit more often than they are

Bailey has many limitations. Thus far, at least. But no idea why people want to pretend a lack of pace is one of them. It's like logging onto H&V in 2004 to find everyone bemoaning Peter Crouch's lack of height.

This again. Where is the pace? It certainly isn't apparent.Maybe watch him and his movement in a match, you might change your mind.

Those ‘fastest players in the league’ articles appear regularly and Ive never read one without wondering how on earth they were so at odds with what I saw with my own eyes. That Belgian  defender we had a few years ago was in the top 10 one year, he ran like he’d been drugged.

In his legs, funnily enough. I'll ignore the rest of your drivel.

He showed a great burst of pace in his debut cameo for his goal v Everton.
I've seen nothing since to suggest he's any quicker than average.
The fact that he can hardly control a ball, get past a defender or retain possession makes me wonder if he's actually a footballer.
I'm sure that with advice, coaching and poor opposition he'd be great.

Against Fulham when we were breaking he was easily caught up and dispossessed by one of their defenders. Other than against Everton where he set off like a rocket, I haven't noticed him to be any quicker than your average winger either.

When he came back from injury at lot of people commented on how it looked like he'd lost a yard, or wasn't fully sprinting in fear of injuring himself again.

Leon Bailey - 29 games for Villa. Probably not one good full game.

It’s a no from me, unless a different system sparks something that we haven’t see yet.

I'd rather Demarai Gray for £1.5m.

He gets the benefit of the doubt until a decent stint under a new manager.

Irrespective of pace, he’s appalling.

Comes across as having a bad attitude to me.
