I was scathing after his no show at Molineux in April . Haven’t seen anything in the interim to suggest his tenure at Villa is going to end in anything but tears.

Bailey is one of many who looks entirely uncoached.

No better than El Ghazi, Traore or Trezeguet.

I don't agree with that, I thought he was alright first half.

He did a bit better, but his off the ball play leaves a lot to be desired.

He was decent first half as was the whole team. Why can’t we play like that first half and show that sort of buzz and zip every week?

We’d have won far more than we have lost.

like a lot of our players not up for 90 mins
Problem is we have few options to come on and play well for the balance of a game

Because we play it safe until we go a goal down.

He doesn’t work hard enough off the ball and has yet to show this electric pace he has. Perhaps he needs a run in the team but so far I’m not overly impressed.

There were a few times today in the first half that he began to track back and stopped leaving Cash exposed. Not good enough and if you look at every top class forward they always work hard and do the dirty side of the game. He wasn’t terrible and there were some decent moments but nowhere what we’ve been told he’s capable of when he came.

He was our best attacking player by miles today.

Agreed, I know the crowd were at him for passing back a couple of times but it's up to his team mates to give him better options.

He's been very underwhelming so far, but at least gave us an outlet today and did produce a couple of bits of quality.  Needs to just be given a run of games now (presuming he stays fit of course) and see how he does.

Not holding out too much hope based on previous showings, but we'll see.
