As seemingly a rare Bundesliga watcher on here I told you he was class.

Will be a brilliant option for us in end to end games. So frustrating if he can't make next week or Spurs.

I don’t know much outside of Villa. I asked my lad about him, he said if we can get him for £30m it will be a real bargain, as he’s worth at least twice that.
That was enough to convince me we had to get him in.

He looks twice the player of Sancho from what I have seen. Admittedly that is only for Man United and England.

This is why people were excited when we were linked to him back in June. Could well be the next 100m player we sell eventually. He's good enough to play left, right or centre imo. A Traore (Wolves version) who can beat  players and can cross and finish.

So nothing like Traore then! 😉

heh, indeed. But look at the money clubs were rumoured to be willing to pay for him this summer. A guy who can't hit a barn door with a banjo.  Bailey potentially has everything to put him miles above the likes of Traore.

I think it was summat like...

You to me are everything,
The fastest winger I have seen.
Oh Bailey, Oh Bailey.

Or words to that effect.

50 minutes of game time and already being mentioned for being sold. Good grief.

As brief home debuts go that was a bit special.
He looks like he will be a fantastic addition to the team.

Getting £100m for Grealish (who has missed large chunks of 2 seasons in 3) and bringing this guy in for £30m looks brilliant business.

Just being realistic. If he takes off like I think he will he'll have every club in Europe looking at him whether we make top4 or not.. He's an ambitious lad so i'd say just enjoy we've got him for the next few seasons.

Didn’t see the game, did he contribute much in addition to the corner and goal?

Yeah, a couple of brilliant runs. He basically skinned their defender whenever he wanted to. Can't wait to see how the officials find a way to cheat him at Old Trafford.

And if it comes to that, find the next one.

If defenders get squared up to him face on, they're dead. He did it yesterday, in our half, two Everton players around him, stopped for a fleeting moment, then just motored round the outside. Shades of Daley.
