He’s been like Bertrand Traoré with moments of pure joy and class and a pleasure to watch. Football is not football with out players of this nature.

At times last season he was up there with best players on the planet.

Bailey's been way more consistent than Bert, but he can't dance with the angels the way Bert sometimes does.

Look at any Villa highlights compilation from the two previous seasons, and Bailey is involved in a massive percentage our goals, one way or another. It might be best for both parties if he moves on this summer, but I've had loads of enjoyable moments watching Leon and will wish him well if he does leave.

I think he's been really poor this season.  Clearly he had a great season last year, maybe with Diaby pushing him that helped?   I would cash in, personally.

I think we will have some great advocates for the club in the next few years. Bailey, Emi, SJM, Mings, Digne seem to genuinely love being here.

He's been involved in some of our best moments during his time with us. Cracking player on his day. I like him. But he can be frustratingly inconsistent and problematically injury-prone.

I think he can be improved upon, but it'll take a very high quality recruit to replace him.

Malen is surely his replacement? Always felt Bailey had a mental block that prevented him from consistently hitting his best.

Whereas Malen might not be as talented but he seems highly competent and reliable.

The archetypical "Little girl with a curl", on his day he's almost unplayable but those days do not come around regularly enough.  I hope he doesn't go to Utd as I like the guy and think he deserves better.

I see Malen as a striker. Basically as useful as Duran (but with almost opposite qualities).  He looks a bit lost on the wing, from what I’ve seen.
