I am assuming from this, in the Papa John’s EFL trophy the AVFC U21s will have a home draw against either Chelsea U21, Arsenal U21, Charlton or Stevenage.

No it’ll be switched to The Valley, I think the only time PL clubs can be at home is if they draw another PL team. And that can only happen in the Semis.
