Onodi out on loan to bromsgrove sporting, I'd have hope he'd have got offers a bit higher than that but it'll still be a good experience for him.

He's still so young. Any competitive mens football is a good move for him.

Yeah I agree, I'm just surprised that no one a bit higher has come in. Maybe it was important to keep him in the midlands though.

Same for Cam when he went to Solihull Moors but it went really well for him.

It will be interesting to see if we keep him involved in the U23's, have him training with the first team and playing him in the league cup games or whether we send him out for more experience.

Decent article summarising the likely make-up of the team for this year's FA Youth Cup.

Oops, we've done it again.

Another Albion talent we've taken. This time at U15 level.

We seem to be cherry picking the best local talent which is fantastic to see.

Doesn't say much for the development aspect of players from earlier age groups.

I think that we slipped behind all local clubs a few years ago and now we are playing catch up before we dominate the age group market.

Yeah...it's a bit suss that we couldn't spot these kids in the first place. Feels a bit wrong, waving our wonga at our little neighbours.

That’s why we recruited Albion’s academy manager, Mark Harrison. He is one of the best in the business. All part of the strategic plan ....
