I like the positions he takes up and the ideas, but the execution and inter-play with teammates needs loads of work.  I’m certainly not writing him off but he’ll need time before other players are on his wave length and for him to regain his confidence.

He was poor in the first half, gave away possession too easily. However he was very good in the 2nd half and did really well for the chuk chance.

Good today once he found a bit of composure. Shame about a couple of early passes where he made the wrong decision. I think you can see he's in a more a comfortable position.

Really grew into the game. Nice to see a midfield with him, Samson and Chuck. They will click and destroy teams that aren’t quite as horrible as Manchester Town.

💩💩💩💩💩

Have a word with yourself. It might not be coming off for him yet but he's one of the very few players we have that has a bit if class and can do the unexpected. Far from perfect tonight but some good moments too.

Everyone was dreadful in the first half. Like the others he improved a lot in the second, the quality for the Chuk pass was sublime.

Agreed, I thought Sanson and Chuk really added something for us.

Good to see him last the full 90 and work hard off the ball. Little touches of quality such as the ball to Carney despite being physically outmuscled/off-balance. Much improved and a lot more to come, I'm sure.

Thought he looked good tonight. The pass to put Chuck through was sublime. Just think he lacks that half a yard of pace to get away from a player as clearly has the tricks. Promising performance to build on.
