Given him the benefit of the doubt so far this season. He ain’t very good let’s face it.

Said it on match thread but he reminds me of N'zogbia a bit.

Worth noting with the penalty we had Free kick on edge of box and he just floats it into Ramsdale's arms.

More like a Gil for me. Clearly talented, but just far too lightweight.

Yeah that's fair enough. Gil only cost 2m or so though!

He's fucking woeful.  Means we have even less pace and physicality in the side. Rather have Ramsey in there.

I was concerned the moment he turned up and got his arse fed to him by Watkins on the bleep test

He'll be fine when we play him in position.

Let’s hope they put us in charge instead of Smith then!

Trouble is just saying play him wide right...Bailey is simply better there aswell and far more proven at top level than Buendia.

So you play one on left then and it completely unbalances things, even more so if DS can't bare to leave out one of the CFs.

£50 million spunked on him and Sanson. Never a better time for the Academy to start showing some return on investment .

Very poor today, but he's only started about 5 or 6 games, still too early to judge him.

It is and he’s never played in his correct position.

Gary Neville has just stated the obvious that he’s not working centrally. He can see it, we can see it, why can’t Smith see it?

He is a good player.  You can also see he really gives a shit too.

He will be great when he is played in his natural position in a balanced team  - not the present car crash.
