VP is going to be rocking.
Hang on to your seats FFS.

Not yet, couple of more big signings to come and then let the show begin!

Agent Martinez

I have it on good authority that what you don't see is on Emi Martinez's camera it says "fuck tinpot club Arsenal" in Spanish thus the reaction from both players.

I looked quickly at the picture and thought we had signed Jon Richardson.

I still have some reservations about him coping with the extra pace and physicality, he was great in the championship in 18/19 and then struggled in a lot of the 19/20 PL games where he got bullied. However the highlights from last year show him being a lot more physical than he was so I'm optimistic that it has been addressed. If that is the case his technical ability is undoubtedly world class, the call up for Argentina is a big positive for me though because I don't think they'd have got him involved if there were still question marks.

Now bring on a top quality DM who can make us harder to break through in the middle (and free up the other midfielders to play 5-10yards higher up the pitch) and finish up with a couple of youngsters and someone with an extra yard of pace to play up front or out wide a an option.

Just had a look on the pinkun. They’re a strange lot those Norwich fans, seeing us as rivals for staying up. I guess they’ve not really followed the PL since they were relegated. Thank god we’ve improved the team immeasurably since our last day survival. Onwards and upwards

I'm hoping he'll be like Barkley in his three good games for us, ie full of the same sort of trickery that Jack has in spades, thus making our front three literally unplayable.

To be fair we’ve been crap for 10 years but I suspect they are kids who don’t know the history and potential

With JG and EB either side of Watkins, will Traore play as #10?

Are we absolutely sure this isn't just the set up to a rubbish Argentinian joke about "two blokes called Emi walked into a bar..."

Weren't they trying to sign Sanson as well last summer? And we just waltzed in in January and took him.

Give it 12 months and Saka will be handing in a request amid interest from Villa.

What I love about this deal is that inevitably some will say we are buying success while entirely overlooking the FA Youth Cup win by our kids. You have to do it in the market and through the academy. And we are.

I know these YouTube videos are usually misleading and could make Champion the Wonder Horse look like a world beater, but this one looks seriously impressive.

First of the pant-wetting signings I wanted!

He was involved in 32 goals last year (15 goals, 17 assists) and ended up Championship Player of the Season. That's a proper player. And in a squad with a number of internationals and one of the very best in Europe he should only continue to contribute and develop as a player. He just seems very intelligent on and off the ball and he despite his size clearly has no problem mixing it up and winning the ball back.
Those stats make Jack look human.
