Wouldn't it be an idea if you could link it to your digital id? That way there shouldn't be an on the day check.

As others have said you can get a letter from the NHS - free - for those without smartphones. Only takes a few days to come through and has dates of your vaccines plus details of what vaccine etc. My missus has one that she’s used at Lords and Edgbaston in the last few days. Quicker than me trying to open the app at the ticket gate !

Season tickets were capped at 31000 last time(2019-20) if I remember correctly & the rest (7/8000) had to be kept & sold on match by match basis . I think that's how I remember it, so I presume itll be something similar

Is there any problem with borrowing somebody's season ticket?

No, at various times when people in our group haven’t been able to go we’ve just given it somebody else.

Given that even if you are fully vaccinated and can still get the virus and transmit it isn't the point of proving you have been vaccinated pointless?

Not really, being fully vaccinated significantly reduces infection.
Its not 100% no vaccines are.

Very little in life is certain. Being vaccinated makes it much less likely you'll catch or transmit covid so it's a sensible precaution to check that people coming in to a place of work where the employer has a duty of care to its staff are as safe as they can be.

At the risk of appearing greedy, does anyone know if it's possible to get both the NHS letter and the digital covid pass on the app?

Get in!  ;D

After a couple of years on the waiting list, me and our eldest (24) were contacted by The Villa earlier and offered the chance of buying season tickets - bought two in the Holte (K2) and now bouncin' around like a babbie!

Yes I got a letter last week and yesterday downloaded and set up the NHS app that shows I have had both of my jabs.
