That Green Blck and Red Muller kit was one in a long line of monstrosities inflicted on us down the years. Of course the Apex of this was the horrible beyond belief Yellow Umbro shirt Ellis inflicted/foisted on us when we got to an FA Cup Quarter Final. Not only is that the most Bluesesque small time cash in nonsense (then again it was Ellis the master of small time thinking) when combined with the pale blue shorts it made us look like Crystal Palace, Crystal fucking Palace. And for those who say it had overtones of Brazil, it didn’t, we looked bloody awful in it wore it about 3 or 4 times lost every game in it and it was thankfully never seen again. I really really fucking hate that shirt.

Agreed, worst Villa kit and game in my lifetime.

I loved that shirt.

They walk among us….

I loved the yellow one but hated the green one. Where do I fit?

I feel like a lib dem reading this thread because I agree that our home kit should normally be claret with pale blue sleeves but I also don't mind it if we have one every now and then which is different.

Ffs, I'm going to have to add a new category.

Yay, my own category.

It's not the best ever, but I always thought highly of the first 32Red shirts. We had some decent times in that one.

It was undoubtedly the best recent kit, mainly because it’s based on the best kit of all time…modelled here by a suave Lew Chatterly. And yes we only lived in black and white in olden times.

It's a cracker. Be better with the correct badge, though.

Liked it especially with the unfussy Nike and 'acorns' logos but let down by the blue strip on the shoulder.

Agreed. That stripe was a pointless feature.

It was great. Shame they didn't get it on sale until about November.

I think that was the one the following season. The one with the chequered panels.

Not sure, I think it was Nike and the weird check nonsense was somebody else.

Seems that was Nike, too, so you're probably right. 🙂

I think it was the last Nike one before Macron.

Nice, simple kits.

Less is more should be the takehome.
