I was reading about these two before. Two brothers with marketing and business backgrounds, who have gone all out with getting investors on board, and strategic marketing to build the brand into a major sportswear player.
Seems like a good business idea when you consider the sportswear market. Even if it does all feel a bit manufactured, but really who cares what shirts the players are wearing if we're winning.

Complete shit. Knew it would be these.

Disappointed.

why dont you like them?

Design and quality are both shit. I checked the Rangers forums when I suspected we'd end up with Castore. Unreal amount of complaints and manufacturing errors.

Isn’t this something we’ve had for years, including the Nike years under MON?

Did they do Wolves Portuguese kit ?   That looked alright to me .

That was Adidas, I liked it too.

Meanwhile, Brentford have decided to roll their kit into next season too. Saving the environment and their fans some money. Good on them.

Fair play to Brentford.

We obviously can't follow suit due to the change of kit suppliers but I'd be more than happy if they decided to alternate the changing of the home & away strips going forward.

Also no need for a third strip!

The main reason we don't follow suit with that is we don't want to.

Villa haven't done this since around 1996-98. Till the pips squeek?

If you're quick you can get 1p off the Villa retro away kit from 1994, in the Black Friday deals

Think they're a pretty new company, basically 2 blokes operating out of a garage on the Wirral.

Albeit 2 blokes who are backed by some big multinationals

Stevie Gerrard and Mickey Beale ?

By my reckoning, three of our 90s home kits were each kept for two seasons. Unfortunately, the 1992-93 kit was not among the kits to be retained for two seasons. Loved that kit.

One of the away kits did one better... the Venglos 90-91 Umbro shirt made an appearance at Anfield in 92-93.

Going up to villa for a stadium tour Sunday. With Black Friday sales, I'm tempted to buy myself my first ever villa shirt again. The 1980 home. I've noticed the umbro logo has now been removed. Does anybody know why. All the retro kits look a bit 'lost' without the sports brand logo. Thanks

because they're not manufactured by the actual manufacturer from the original shirt

It used to be the case that the Premier League "Fans' Charter" specified that kits should be kept for two years. Obviously it was just completely ignored.

Yes the so called replica shirts are made from dodgy material.
The club shop and its merchandise is a shit show.
