It looks fine, and the prices are what we would expect aren't they?  I don't know why football shirts have become such a lightning rod for everyone who complains at the cost of clothing - it's the same with all aspects of the fashion industry.  A £10 polo shirt suddenly costs £100 if it has a tiny logo of a crocodile, a bloke on a horse or a laurel wreath on it.

But a designer polo shirt is at least well made and will last more than a couple of washes. They’re charging a hundred plus notes for some 100% polyester shite where the badges start to peel after it’s been worn a few times.

Yep, I never buy the shirt. A nice cotton one, minus the sponsor, and I'd consider it. Not that I'd wear a designer polo shirt either, because I'm not Danny Dyer, but wearing football shirts is the equivalent of fingernails down a chalk board for me.

I find them itchy and abrasive, they make me sweat, the poor stitching rubs on my tits and neck. I don't know how anybody can wear them without something underneath.

God I'll never forget the pain of that chaffing when I was a kid.

You lot are making me feel really underdeveloped now, I’ve never experienced tit-chafe.

growing up playing rugby as often as football and being part of a running club I experienced it once before understanding why so many of the runners put vaseline on their nips, been doing it since I was about 13-14.

Ahhhh, okay. I have had it from cycling, just never from a football shirt.

Please note, infants and baby home kits plus socks (in all sizes) are currently only available on pre-order due directly to global supply issues.

Due to this, any supporters who pre-order infants or baby home kits will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win one of four signed AVFC 2022/23 home shirts

The shirt, created by Castore, has a number of classy features, including subtle chevrons within the fabric representing the impressive honours won throughout the Club’s prestigious history.

I'll only ever buy the kit in the end of season sale, I'm always 1 season behind. When the bits start peeling off after a few months I don't really give a shit, I only wear them to play sport.

If I'd paid £110 I'd be pretty pissed.

Thought I'd blundered in to the birdwatching thread for a moment.

There’s nothing so wondrous as the mating song of the red-chested tit-chafe.

I didn’t see many people wearing the new tops yesterday. Mine is apparently delayed with the courier, who I hope don’t lob it over someone else’s back gate this time, leaving me studying the photos and trying to work out whose garden it is.
