Trezeguet looking like a circus act again today.

I haven't noticed him until now.

Not sure I agree with this - should the player be deciding if they’re concussed?

Same performance as against Fulham, not surprising really.

The only suggestion of concussion seems to have come from the commentators with no footage to show how so I'm not sure that's the problem.

Hard to say what was happening because we wasn't going to use the concussion sub.

We just don't have the midfielders who can pass it around comfortably and take the heat off the defence. When Trez and Traore are as peripheral as this it makes it so hard for the defence.

We need to give Liverpool something to think about but we are doing nothing at all going forward.

Have we gone back in time?
It’s like watching a McLeish game plan

McGinn struggling. Sub him for Davis? Bit radical but could work.

Midfield has been passive and poor. All 3 front men totally isolated and starved of possession.

Not particularly happy with the ref so far, he's letting them go when they do little niggles, nudge in the back when a villa player has jumped or a little pull on the shirt before the ball gets played so they can't make the run.

Were nothing like we were under McLeish and I try not to think he had anything to do with the Club.
