Blimey, Dean Smith will be our longest serving since MON if he lasts another half a dozen games; it feels like he's only been with us 5 minutes.

As for win percentages, he's up in the 40s which is where the managers we look back on as successful have all been at. He's behind them all right now but given more time I think it will improve.

Clearly RDM and Garde were a waste of space

RDM would've been the highest on the list if games of football lasted 80 minutes!

Remember he had that fantastic start when he took over and the start to the next season. He won 25 of his first 34 games and then 57 of his next 156. A 36% win ratio for the last 150+ games is on par with O'Leary.
