How long does someone need to unscrew a lid off a bottle of Coke Zero. Every year it gets worse and the queues are out of control.

The rivers of piss in the lower holte, were flowing by 5pm, the turnstiles had only opened at 4.40pm. Clearly nobody from the club has gone anywhere near that concourse with any purpose to make it better all summer. Its mismanagement from whoever is responsible, Heck or whoever

Anyone know if the rivers of piss were happening during the Foo Fighters concert? Makes me wonder if someone rushing the work either bollocked some of the plumbing when doing the seats, or forgot to open some valve.

The toilet facilities have been fucking abysmal for years now.

If they wanted, they could fix this problem, but they clearly don't care.

For years the toilets I use in the lower holte had a leaking tap, it’s finally fixed. The overflowing waste paper baskets in there have also been replaced, with new plastic ones that look smaller. I live in fear of needing a shit when I’m in the ground. Very poor.
Mind you, a bit of forward thinking from the club…. To help reduce the rivers of piss they’ve stopped selling bitter as far as I could see

There wasn't a problem at the concert, although it was clear that the toilets in the Lower Holte hadn't been touched.

I would never ever go for a shit in the lower holte, a braver person than me may have trodden that path.

Yeah but what about those with shy bladders or non-penis'd people who have to sit down for a wee?

I'm guessing the reason for that is it's a very different event and clientele. They don't have a mad half time rush with thousands of people wanting to have a piss and a pint.

To add to the list: the Witton Lane Upper toilets, towards the Holte End, had an overflowing urinal tray.

The Witton Upper concourse is such a poor design, a H&S nightmare and not sure how they get away with it .

Having used the Witton Lane Upper on Saturday, for the first time in about 25 years, I was actually really shocked by just how awful this concourse is, uncomfortable at best and very possibly dangerous.

Is it the new kind of lid that stays attached to the bottle? Wrestling that free would use up precious seconds.

Unfortunately none of the rants on here are going to be addressed any time soon, as the normal punter is clearly not a priority. We're all being taken for mugs.
I live in the SW, and often get a ticket via a mate for Bristol City. The concourse is a huge U shape that runs under 3 stands. The food options are endless, toilets what you would expect for 2024. No turnstiles, just tap and go consoles like the underground .
...and this is mid table championship
....while we queue for 30 mins for a pre heated burger, in the Doug Ellis 10ft wide concourse
It's not just the Championship. Even before Saturday's chaos, I posted that watching the Bilbao friendly from Walsall's Poundland Stand was a much more comfortable experience than the cramped, decrepit conditions endured in the North Stand; a wide concourse with plenty of seating available, TV screens and relatively small queues for both food/drink and the toilets. And this is Walsall, no disrespect.
So much needs sorting for the non hospitality brigade who have been going to VP for years. Sort it out, Heck.

There was a lounge in the upper that reduced numbers in the main concourse.

Of course, that's no longer available to the proles.
