Two drums, and ideally a trumpet is exactly what VP needs. Preferably in each stand.

Twelve drummers drumming
Eleven pipers piping
Ten lords a-leaping
Nine ladies dancing
And prawn sandwiches in hospitality
I stumbled on this a few years ago, and go back to watch it every once in a while if I need something to make me smile ...

North Stand has already started. Capacity is higher than it was.

He’s been majorly underwhelming. It’s hard following a “name” politician but it’s hard to look beyond the Starmerbot jibes. That said he’s not over promised and undelivered like his predecessor Street who ultimately talked a good game but didn’t seem to get much done.

The biggest name round here would probably be Jess Phillips but I don't think she will go for it while she's an MP and I don't expect the Labour candidate to win next time.

You mean the West Midlands.
I agree though we someone of his ilk, not necessarily his politics but who can get the area in the national spotlight.

If your definition of sexy includes someone whose features look like they were applied upside down in Fuzzy Felt by a toddler, it shouldn’t be too difficult.

As a resident of Greater Manchester, I can say that Andy Burnham has been a great Metro Mayor - Just look at the business growth he has brought to the area and the Bee Network for starters.

Even though it has a smaller population, GM  economy is better than than the West Mids, partly down to him.
