Barkley fortunate for me. What is it about loan players being almost undroppable? He needs to put in a real shift today to repay Dean's faith.

I wonder if we have an agreement with Chelsea that if Barkley is fit, he must play? Or a promise with Barkley.

Iirc
Captain Rogoff was the guy dressed as santa and he was last in carrying the match ball. A gust of wind blew him into the trinity stand and he really hit it hard. He then fell around 70ft onto the  track pitchside narrowly missing the concrete wall by the tunnel. His injuries meant he did lose a leg but it coul of been so much worse.
I think he attended VP several times afterwards and in  nice twist i think he married the nurse that looked after him.

Awful event but great game as we came from behind to beat them 3-2

Good line up although I’m not sure about Nakamba overall but let’s give it a go and see. I’m puzzled by the amount of criticism for Barkley  Yes he was poor on Wednesday but then so were the rest. He wasn’t the worst in my opinion

I hate these Saturday lunchtime kick offs. Can shape an entire weekend!

Think it’s right to take Luiz out. No one played well Wednesday, but McGinn for all his average performance, had more energy than Luiz.
Traore has been good for me this season, but starts to fade on about 60 mins, so if that’s the case need to look to get Trez on earlier. Barclay is a bit of an enigma, highly talented, can and has give us a lot more threat from the middle, but hasnt really performed since being back from injury, another chance for him today. None of us know what Sanson can do yet, so might be a premature to throw him in.

Don't like the midfield setup much. Nakamba lets players skip past him too easily and he'll have a few of them today in his area.

Would've kept Luiz in and benched one of SJM/Barkley.

Really surprised Trez isn't playing either although guess he might not be fully 100% yet to start a match.

We don't tend to have that many. Think Wolves only other time this season and can hardly remember any last season especially at VP or even in the championship.

Nkamba is very good at nicking ball it's just his passing thats a bit reo coker. He has improved though No worries for me when he comes in.

Me neither. It looks like we'll try to defend like lions and catch them on the break. Hope I'm wrong.

Stan Petrov predicts 3-1 for Villa .

I'm worried about our midfield though. Marv and McGinn is a bit weak.
