Right, Villa.  Play well and covert your chances.

Unchanged. I agree with that. Give this lot who played so well in the first half a chance to redeem themselves. Solid bench.

Agree. They deserve another go at it. I think we’ve been a little sloppy in second half of the last two games, so just hope if there are any hints at this tonight, Dean gets the changes in earlier. Go on the lads

Not surprised with the selection but given the schedule Smith should have freshened things up.

Happy with that, the bench , apart from a couple of players, looks decent, hopefully Sanson will get some game time. See Romeu is back for them, very good defensive midfielder, good news for Saints not for us.

To justify that selection; McGinn, Barkley and Luiz need to turn up tonight.

No surprises really after Sansom got his work permit sorted. Deano does love an unchanged team. Looking forward to this. C'mon Villa give us some more of that silky flowing football but this time make it count.

Yes, covert chances that nobody can see is the way ahead.

I’d rather Ramsey than Taylor

I'd rather Ramsey than Barkley.  Or Traore.

Me too.  I guess Hause will come back and replace Engels and Taylor in one, then Ramsey can have his spot on the bench back. Wesley to replace Davis in due course.

Consistency implies belief.  Smith believes, so do I.  Play to our abilities and we win 1-2, Watkins and Traore.  Bosh.

Agree with the line up. Tough game this, and Ward-Prowse  scares the shit out of me.
I’ll be happy with a draw but hope for a win.
