Proud of the Villa esp 2nd half. Cheating manure cnuts get their obligatory penalty. Donkey pogba tripped over his own legs the gangley wanker, but then var has been brought in to benefit the likes of manurinal. Matic, Shaw should have been booked and off for later fouls (weak referee). Only one team (Villa) wanted to play 2nd half and only one team wanted to foul, spoil and stop the flow of the game. A work in progress but what progress we have made. We went toe to toe with that bunch of shysters and we did ourselves proud.

There are areas we can improve on, I thought at times they were much more incisive with possession than we were but we matched them for large parts of that match.

Our performance meant that they became niggly and there were a lot of “professional“ fouls but all in all we had them rattled.

For years they used to say the crowd influenced the referee to get penalties.

When the margins are this small and when you're playing 12 men, you need to score the chances that come.  That is now our biggest issue to moving on from where we are (upper mid table) to where we belong.  We need a top quality goal scorer.
