So far, a very very even game. We look better on the attack... great to see Villa competing in games such as this after years of being uncompetitive.

That’s the most important bit. We should be two or three seasons away from being competing with sides like Chelsea, especially given how last year ended. Yet here we are a few months removed giving a proper to game to whatever opponent we come up against. That’s really enjoyable to watch.

I agree. It used to be that we would hope that Villa would just “have a go” at them, but we are really taking it to them again. When was the last time we honestly felt like we could get anything from any game?
