Not the situation we want to be in, though realistically Bristol City are not going to pick up another point and are likely to be beaten by several goals in one if not both of their remaining games - their goal difference is already 19 worse than ours.

So we should stay up, just. And then good recruitment is vital. Sounds familiar!  ;)

It's such a bonkers, imbalanced league.

If you look at the form table, West Ham are the only team in the bottom six to have won a game out of their last 5 matches.  That's a quarter of the season.

The top two, Chelsea and Man City, on the other hand have only dropped points in one of their last 5 games each - when they played each other and drew.

It's just silly.

That's largely to be expected unfortunately, there's currently just not enough top flight standard players to fill 12 squads so there's 4-5 teams with proper quality all over the pitch and then everyone else has varying degrees of kids that aren't ready (we have a fair few of those in our squad) and players that are making up the numbers. It's the same issue rugby union has suffered with for years since professionalisation, it'll be 10-15 years before the league starts to level out a bit but in the meantime there's plenty of room to buy your way into the first group

Saw the highlights tonight and thought we looked rather good. Their supersub made the difference and their second was in the 95th minute, which was galling.

We had a few chances, so look out Blose.

We should have won and I think we would have if the 'keeper had come for the late free-kick.

A win would surely make the women safe?

Wish our coach would tone it down a bit.
He comes over like a kids under 9 manager.

With Brizzle's goal difference you'd feckin' hope so.

Barring Bristol City, at least, avoiding defeat at Man U, I think.

The ball is like a hot potato and no one is showing any composure.
Weiss is a proper vampire....frightened to death of crosses.
