Cash showing the quality of player that can be plucked from the Championship. Henry would be an upgrade on Targett.

Shame he looks to be injured taken off early on against Millwall.
Depending on how bad his injury is  he might be worth raiding Brentford ahead of West Ham even if he has to sit out until December?

Looks a cracking player. Another one who can run all night and is really quick. He's also got a really good cross on him.

I like Guilbert, but he's not at Cash's level.
I really like the look of Cash but lets not get carried away - he's played a 10 man Sheffield and a self imploding Fulham.

He looked really good last night and long may it continue, but we'll know if he's a different level to Guilbert once we've seen him play some decent PL teams.

Agreed. Without looking back to Guilbert's first couple of games I'm pretty sure we all thought he was a very good signing. Cash did well last night, got caught out of position a few times but the defining moment for me was when he failed to get the tackle in, flat on his arse, quickly jumped up and had another go, this time more successfully. The heart of a Jack Russell.

I certainly can't fault his commitment. If only he was a left back we'd be sorted in defence for the season.

And a shout out to one of the greatest shothouse fouls ive ever seen to stop them breaking in the 1st half.

We have definately improved as a team in this aspect, niggly fouls, holding onto the ball during opponents free kicks etc

And we even keep possession from throw-ins now. I don't know how they cram it all into training during the week these days.

And he was busy all night up against one of the best wingers in the country. I really rate Barnes, wish we had him but he got nothing out of Cash tonight.

Cash is all energy. So dynamic and involved in so much of the game. Along with Trez we have two of the hardest working players marshalling that side of the pitch.

He was excellent tonight, Barnes won't have many harder matches.

Experienced beyond his years too. Taking one for the team by robbing Barnes’ shorts was an important decision.

Great start to the season, another one who has fitted in seamlessly, going to be a fans favourite.

Haven't seen a player had their pants pulled down so spectacularly since Vertonghen on, Helenius (was that his name?). God, I get so mad thinking of the absolute dross we had playing for us in the Paul Lambert Lowering Expectations years.
