Puerile. Pointless. But I do always enjoy looking at the league table at this time of year.

With Villa and Burnley both qualified for the Champions League it could be an all claret and blue Champions League final.

I have just been looking at the bookies odds for next season. For the top 10 they are going

1. Man City
2. Liverpool
3. Manure
4. Chelsea
5. Arsenal
6. Spurs
7. Leicester
8.Wolves
9. Everton
10. Leeds

They also reckon Villa, Fulham and Albion will be the three who go down.

I can see one club in that top ten whose supporters have been piling on to reduce their odds.

Alphabetically at least, that relegation trio would be a dream come true.

Agreed. Leeds might well stay up, but I'll go out on a limb right now and say they've no hope of top 10 unless they bring in some serious talent.

As it stands I can't see Leeds scoring enough goals to be successful in the top flight. I also think the likes of Palace and Brighton have rather aging squads.

There's always a team who come up, battle for a few seasons, then get complacent and go down. This time it could be Burnley.

I think Sheffield United might struggle this time around.

Not sure about that. They are a well-drilled side.

There's literally 10-12 clubs that could go down next season.

I literally hope it's Leeds, Bitters and Wolves.

That would be the ideal scenario.
