Been bit critical of Grealish pre and post lockdown. But he was decent against Everton and superb against Arsenal. This feels like his day, possibly, probably his last day for Aston Villa. He will score, we will win, it's in the stars, momentum is everything.

Jack is going to make a serious impact on this game, its written in the stars.

Come on you Villa boys, he'll always be a Villa boy wherever he ends up.

He will be and I hope you’re right that he has a big impact on the match. It sounds as if Deano is going for 3 pts, listening to the pre-match. Absolutely the right thing I reckon. Weird, but I’m pretty calm about this, not really stressed. I think we can and will get the win to stay up.

I still wouldn't relax.

This is Aston Villa. It's the hope that kills you.

I'm going to go to bed and turn everything off - and wake up after full-time to check the score. I can't hack it.

Thinking the same thing as it’s a 1am ko on a Monday morning. I’ll just take a tablet and just suffer nightmares, lot less stressful that way. Then whatever happens happens.

Game starts at 11pm here in West Aussie.
I'm not sure what to do. I may try get some sleep and hopefully wake up when it's all over.
Look at Watford and Bournemouth's results and then hopefully watch a replay of our game.
Definitely no alcohol.
I was so nervous before the play off final with Derby last year I drank three quarters of a bottle of scotch and woke up the wife when it was all over.
Consequently in the dog house for the next couple of days.
I think we will draw with WHU and Bournemouth and Watford will lose.
Happy days ahead.

I can't see Arsenal throwing their game by resting key players. They won't want to be going into a cup final on the back of two defeats. I think WH will score but we will want it more so 2 - 1, and PL survival assured.

Wouldn't it be lovely if for a change, we hade a great, stress-free weekend?  Watford and Bournemouth both two down at half time, Villa two up.

Throw in a sending off or two for Watford and Bournemouth and we are getting somewhere.

The way I look at it: If we take a point, we have no problem with Bournemouth any more regardless of what they do and we have no problem with Watford unless they beat Arsenal. Obviously take three points and it's very unlikely Watford win by 3 clear goals at Arsenal.

Tomorrow is going to be hell. Like the play-off final but with 2 other games to worry about. It could could back and forth for 90mins. So best plan is to avoid until 6pm...radio silence.

Nerves are a walk in the park that I feel at the moment.

Dreading to think the dread I'll feel as 4pm gets closer.
I feel sorry for the missus to be around me.

Surprised at Sendo if that's the same person who came on here. Of all the opposition fans to post on H&V, he always seemed the most genuine and wise.
